This method involves two methods, boiling and frying. Here’s how I did it:
Combine chicken pieces with one side of garlic and all other ingredients (except oil) in a pot. Boil each side of chicken for 10 minutes. This will ensure that the chicken will survive
Next the frying part. Using a clean pan, saute the remaining garlic until browns. Fry the boiled chicken for 1 minute per side. It gives the meat a nice texture. Lighten the chicken by pouring the sauce from the cooking pot. Cook until sauce is reduced to half. There it is!
